A very dark, full-bodied, roasty, malty ale with a complementary oatmeal flavour. Notes: Bakers chocolate, oatmeal cookies, dulche de leche, rich roasted malt backbone (reminiscent of fresh espresso and chicory root) and a gentle noble hop presence to balance the sweetness. Low-medium carbonation to accentuate mouthfeel.
